Business Development:

Out licensing, in licensing, mergers and acquisitions are major part of business development activities, termed as all the efforts required to attract the interest and ultimately sign deals with other parties, is a hard exercise. It requires many competences, such as technical ability to present the technologies and the products, commercial acumen, taste for extensive traveling and negotiation, and last but not least a high level of energy. These are the conditions, helped by serendipity and luck sometimes, to knit a dense network of relationships which will result in striking a deal.

Renovation Consulting can prepare, facilitate and synthesize the Business Development Plan, with all parties involved, for example during a workshop. We then draw the road map (contact list, presentation of companies, first meetings, etc.) and implement it on a part time basis, as surrogate Business Development Manager before handing over to a newly recruited full time manager.
